The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge translational research by analyzing complex, large-scale multi-omics and clinical datasets to generate actionable biological and clinical insights.

Responsibilities
Analyze large-scale bulk omics datasets including RNA-seq and whole-exome sequencing (WES), as well as single-cell RNA-seq, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), clinical datasets, and real-world data (RWD)
Apply gold-standard and advanced analytical techniques, including:
Multivariate statistical analyses
Multimodal data integration approaches
Predictive and prognostic modeling
Kaplan–Meier survival analysis and related time-to-event methods
Develop and implement robust pipelines for data processing, integration, and interpretation
Translate computational findings into biologically and clinically meaningful insights within oncology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biologists, clinicians, and data scientists
Ensure high-quality, reproducible research outputs and maintain clear documentation of methods and results
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience analyzing large-scale omics and clinical datasets
Expertise in cancer biology and clinical omics data analysis
Master's or PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative discipline
Proficiency in R and shell scripting; working knowledge of Python is a plus
Experience using Git for version control and working in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
Strong experience in survival analysis and predictive/prognostic modeling
Ability to independently deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision, meet key deadlines, and make sound analytical decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred
Experience working with real-world data (RWD) in oncology settings
Experience in multimodal data integration and advanced statistical modeling approaches
