QC Resident Engineer

Take authority on all quality control issues related to the construction project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
New York Professional Engineer (NYPE) license
Professional certifications in Quality Management such as from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or related certifications
At least 20 years of experience in construction quality management, with significant experience in large-scale, complex construction projects like MTA projects
Expertise in construction processes, materials, and methods
Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
Leadership, team management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency with quality management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
