Responsibilities
Conduct client appointments (in‑home, in‑office, or virtual) to understand Medicare and insurance needs
Recommend personalized coverage solutions across 50+ carriers
Assist with enrollments and serve as a trusted healthcare resource
Work leads provided by SBS and generate referrals through community and business‑to‑business relationships
Maintain activity and notes within our CRM to stay organized and aligned with the support team
Build a long‑term, sustainable book of business with renewals and residuals
Qualification
Required
Must obtain a state Life & Health insurance license before start date (we guide you through this)
Entrepreneurial, coachable, and driven individuals
People who enjoy community engagement and helping seniors
Strong communicators
Comfortable with technology and CRM tools
Sales experience is welcome but not required

$600/month in lead or marketing budget for your first year (with basic production).
After year one, SBS becomes your 50/50 cost‑share marketing partner — including assistant support when you reach that stage.
