Responsibilities
Build from 0 to 1: Work directly with the founder to scale from zero to our first $2M in revenue
Orchestrate Engineering: Manage our core developers and a fleet of specialized freelancers to ensure we hit the market with speed and precision
Own the Experience: You'll define the logic for real-time hardware adaptation, vet specialized firmware talent, and architect the world’s first large-scale proprietary dataset on female physiological wellness metrics

An Engineer at Heart: You are trained as a software engineer and AI engineering. You constantly develop and sharpen your skills to keep pace with the incredible pace of AI development
Experienced with Connected Devices: You've shipped products where hardware and software had to dance together. You understand Bluetooth LE, haptics, and sensor latency
AI-Native: You understand LLMs and agentic workflows. You know how to maintain a consistent vocal identity across different emotional and personality archetypes
A Resourceful Leader: You know how to find, vet, and manage brilliant freelancers to fill gaps and increase our speed to market
