Responsibilities
Bring your expertise on emergent C-UAS capabilities, training, and force modernization to collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the integration of urgent and emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formations
Assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in support of individual and collective training to counter the emergent threat presented by these platforms
Play an integral role in developing training scenarios and UAS threat injects and assisting with the planning of these within the framework of Army flight regulations
Navigate aviation requirements and unit training plans while coordinating with internal and external training stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer
Experience with C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare
Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods
Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Completion of a U.S. Army UAS Master Trainer Course
Preferred
Experience with training integration at Corps and Division echelons
