Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, updating all transactions in SAP for full traceability
Process inbound and outbound shipments in SAP, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
Utilize SAP to manage all aspects of inventory, including stock movements, transfers, and consumption updates
Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory records in SAP to support production schedules and customer orders
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using SAP tools to ensure data integrity
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
Proven hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP WM modules, with strong knowledge of materials movement and inventory control
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time
Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
Knowledge of lean warehouse practices
