Responsibilities
Prepare complete, accurate estimates and bids from start to finish for commercial and industrial concrete projects
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Planswift and HCSS HeavyBid
Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop full scopes of work
Support bid follow-up efforts, client communication, and contract negotiation
Collaborate closely with field operations and leadership to ensure constructability and pricing accuracy
Apply real-world concrete construction knowledge to produce practical and competitive bids
Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal partners
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience estimating commercial concrete work (no residential focus)
Experience preparing complete, accurate estimates and bids from start to finish for commercial and industrial concrete projects
Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Planswift and HCSS HeavyBid
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop full scopes of work
Experience supporting bid follow-up efforts, client communication, and contract negotiation
Ability to collaborate closely with field operations and leadership to ensure constructability and pricing accuracy
Real-world concrete construction knowledge to produce practical and competitive bids
Ability to maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal partners
