Responsibilities

Assist local Facilities and Corporate Security staff with onsite support
Lead end-to-end project management for data and reporting initiatives, including scope definition, timeline development, budget management, and stakeholder coordination
Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics for facilities management reporting solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, HR, Development, and administrative departments to ensure seamless project execution
Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems including OnBase, ServiceNow, Excel databases, and space management platform
Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI and other business intelligence tools
Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide strategic recommendations for facilities operations and business strategy
Create, maintain, and enhance weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting
Develop comprehensive workload reporting solutions to track office utilization, team performance, and operational metrics
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance user experience
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data integration issues and implement system improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reporting workflows and data accessibility

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management with data analytics, business intelligence, or equivalent analytical roles
Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX functions)
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Detail-oriented approach with strong quality assurance capabilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with additional reporting tools such as Tableau is highly preferred
Familiarity with database systems and data integration platforms
