Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of the SAP Ariba integration modernization initiative, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and reporting
Manage multi‑phase delivery cycles including Preparation, Design Thinking, Agile Sprints, MVP definition, scale‑up product development, UAT, and Hypercare, as outlined in the solution proposal
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery leveraging Agile and SAP Activate methodologies
Ensure alignment across business, functional, and technical teams while enforcing scope control and adherence to project governance
Oversee integration across SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Orbis, MaxSight, Compliance Catalyst, and other Moody’s ecosystem systems (as referenced in the proposal)
Guide technical and functional teams on interface requirements, data flows, error-handling mechanisms, and process modernization for Supplier Request, Supplier Registration, and automated updates
Ensure future‑ready architecture—modular, scalable, and compliant with defined constraints and system capabilities
Act as the primary point-of-contact for executive stakeholders within the Financial Services client
Conduct structured workshops, including Fit‑to‑Standard, As‑Is/To‑Be, and Solution Design sessions, supported by SAP Signavio-style process modeling where applicable
Translate business needs into prioritized user stories, backlog items, and deliverables
Lead expectation management discussions related to timeline, scope, dependencies, or constraints
Ensure high-quality business and technical documentation covering: Business process flows, Integration design, RICEF inventories, Testing scenarios, Deployment and cutover plans
Maintain end‑to‑end Requirements Traceability from initial business request → process mapping → design → testing → acceptance
Oversee testing cycles including SIT, regression cycles, UAT, and pilot customer onboarding
Drive the creation of test scripts, test cases, and traceability to business needs
Manage deployment activities including release planning, cutover execution, environment readiness, and go-live coordination
Manage cross-region delivery teams (US, Germany, India) as referenced in the working hours and delivery model
Coordinate with SAP Ariba SMEs, SAP BTP developers, UX teams, QA engineers, and DevOps resources
Mentor team members, ensuring ownership, accountability, and proactive communication
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project/program management experience with SAP initiatives
Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba (SLP, Supplier Risk, Buying/Procurement) and enterprise procurement processes
Working experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, interface design, and cloud integration patterns
Strong understanding of Supplier onboarding, risk assessment workflows, and integration dataflows as detailed in the solution proposal
Prior experience delivering multi-application integration projects in a regulated industry (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
Proficiency in SAP Activate, Agile delivery, and Design Thinking methods
Ability to run workshops, document process flows, and develop solution backlogs
Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and project governance
Exceptional customer-facing communication and executive presentation skills
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, escalate effectively, and present concise status narratives
Strong vendor and offshore/onshore coordination capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
Preferred
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., SAP Signavio)
Exposure to SAP Joule AI, automation, or intelligent agent workflows
Knowledge of regulated data handling, compliance requirements, and audit documentation
PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/SAP Activate certification preferred
SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, or Integration Suite training/certification is a plus
