Responsibilities
Managing your own time and that of junior and senior designers while tracking the workflow of the studio with clarity and care
Taking the lead in structuring critiques across both local and remote teams
Helping shape a studio environment where everyone feels supported, ideas evolve, and great work thrives
Articulating the why behind the work with conviction, clarity, and creative enthusiasm in presentations
Collaborating with the team, bringing conceptual eye and hands-on design talent to every phase of the process
Conducting audits and working directly with strategists linking strategy to creative territories
Imagining thoughtful design directions, pushing the boundaries of the strategy and the codes of the category
Transforming design directions into identity systems that are clear, scalable, and thoughtfully codified
Building relationships naturally and communicating with ease with everyone from junior designers to senior partners
Managing multiple workflows in partnership with account managers
Contributing to the way we work, shaping processes, enriching culture, and helping build something exceptional alongside a caring team
Qualification
Required
No less than eight years' experience, specific to reputable branding agencies
A portfolio of visual identity work
Hold a design-related degree from a leading design institution
Strong design fundamentals
Confident presentation skills
Ability to track and manage multiple projects
