Responsibilities
Create content and design training and onboarding materials following the vision and formatting standards of the department
Assist in planning and organization of training and onboarding events, styling shoots surrounding collection launches, and provide on-site support (extended hours applicable)
Support creation of PowerPoint decks, digital content, tools, and launch decks for onboarding trainings, LMS platform, and new tools or processes
Provide effective communication and follow-up of tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to teams
Innovate ideas and tools to deliver a top-tier experience for retail new hires, including partnering with external vendors
Generate reports and monitor utilization of training and onboarding tools, LMS engagement, and e-learning usage
Maintain knowledge and oversee the onboarding and training spaces within the internal retail app
Responsible for department’s administrative tasks including calendar management, training logistics, shipping and receiving, vendor coordination, gifting, styling shoots, and training sample tracking and loans
Qualification
Required
At least 6 months of prior experience
Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027
Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
Strong English communications skills both verbal and written
Excellent follow-through practices
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
Preferred
Adobe photoshop experience is a plus
