Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience in developing treatment plans
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
Experience in collaborating with families to set goals and track progress
Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy
Strong communication skills
Compassionate care approach
