Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of our data and analytics ecosystem
Establish a modern analytics mindset leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform
Integrate intelligent automation through Copilot Agents within a Dynamics 365 (D365) environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or automation roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Copilot Agents and AI-driven automation
Dynamics 365 data integration and reporting
Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security best practices
Individual Contributor
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with Azure Synapse, Dataverse, and Microsoft Purview
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps for data
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Fabric are a plus
