Responsibilities
Responsible for the Data Analysis of TikTok LIVE Operation's business
Analyze the factors affecting the improvement and growth of the product, the details of each business, and give a feasible overall product optimization plan in combination with the business direction
Collaborate with product/operation/R&D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring actual improvement and growth to the business
Responsible for the design and analysis of strategy&incentive in the business, the evaluation of product optimization effect, the analysis and evaluation of activities, the analysis of core index anomalies
Responsible for the construction of specialized models in business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
5 years of experience in business analysis for internet products
Proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python
Experience in data analysis, visualization, and building reports or dashboards
High proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, as this role will collaborate extensively with global stakeholders from the product team and other functions, and will also work closely with peers based in China and across APAC
Preferred
Strong logical thinking and ability to design data metrics; skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions
Results-oriented with strong self-motivation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive projects independently
