Responsibilities
Maintain and manage IT and operational inventory, including tracking, auditing, and reconciliation
Record, update, and analyze inventory data using Excel and internal systems
Monitor asset lifecycle, including receipt, deployment, transfer, and disposal
Support IT teams with inventory-related tasks such as equipment allocation and retrieval
Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
Conduct periodic stock counts and asset verification audits
Generate and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and tracking logs
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT support teams as needed
Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
On-site availability: Must work on-site 5 days per week
Strong Excel skills: (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, reporting, tracking)
Prior experience in inventory and/or asset management (required)
Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple teams
Preferred
Finance-related experience is a plus
Basic understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, networking assets preferred)
Experience with inventory or asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Remedy, or similar)
Background in finance, procurement, or budgeting related to IT assets
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
