ExpandIQ is a fast-growing, VC-backed seed-stage digital health startup focused on addressing the youth mental health crisis through an online therapy and support platform. They are seeking a Growth & GTM Associate to identify, launch, and scale new growth channels, particularly through partnerships and referral ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute new growth opportunities across partnerships, referral networks, and digital channels
Own growth goals, analyze channel performance, and continuously optimize what’s working
Design and run experiments to test and validate new go-to-market strategies
Build relationships with health systems, schools, community organizations, and digital partners to drive adoption
Create scalable playbooks, processes, and repeatable growth motions (roll-up-your-sleeves execution)

Required

2–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, partnerships/sales, or fast-paced startup/growth roles
Demonstrated ability to execute and build 0→1 in ambiguous environments
Strong communication and presentation skills; sharp analytical/problem-solving ability

Preferred

Experience at a high-growth startup (Seed → Series C) is a big plus
