Responsibilities
Identify and lead new business and product innovation opportunities
Partner directly with sponsor users to co-create new features and offerings that solve complex enterprise problems
Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of solution design, development, delivery, and ongoing enhancement
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams
Champion continuous delivery, enabling frequent introduction of new features, technologies, and improvements
Lead initiatives that enhance modern development and provisioning experiences
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale software or platform initiatives
Strong technical background in databases, systems software, or large‑scale infrastructure platforms
Demonstrated ability to turn strategic vision into delivered products and features
Experience influencing and leading across distributed, cross‑organizational teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike
Preferred
Experience working with mission‑critical enterprise systems or mainframe platforms
Prior involvement in continuous delivery or agile development models
Background in client‑facing technical roles, product leadership, or innovation initiatives
