Responsibilities
Perform quality control reviews of drawings, models, and technical deliverables prior to client submission
Execute QC on 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation without being responsible for active modeling
Review PDFs, sheets, and redlines using tools such as Bluebeam
Use coordination and review tools such as Navisworks (desirable but not mandatory)
Work across multiple projects and teams simultaneously, allocating time dynamically based on project needs
Clearly communicate quality findings, issues, and recommendations to Technical Leaders, Project Managers, and team members
Raise quality alerts early and support teams during the correction process with a collaborative approach
Act as a quality-focused contributor within daily project workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience
5+ years of field experience on medium-to-large construction projects, with 2+ years in a QA/QC or BIM coordination role strongly preferred
Proven experience working across multiple trades, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Demonstrated success in project delivery where model QA/QC processes helped prevent fabrication or field rework
Strong experience using PDF files for redlining, markups, detailing, and technical reviews
Advanced English proficiency is required
Strong construction/site (field) experience is required
Experience performing technical reviews of drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
Familiarity with BIM environments and technical documentation workflows
Bluebeam (required)
General proficiency with digital tools and computer-based work
Preferred
2+ years in a QA/QC or BIM coordination role strongly preferred
Experience working on U.S.-based projects is strongly preferred
Navisworks (desirable)
