Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage logistics for off-site client workshops (2 per month), including seating, dining, guest experience, and vendor relationships
Drive brand visibility through email campaigns, newsletters, social media, press releases, direct mail, and online content
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from workshop attendees and prospective clients. Your goal: set appointments for our advisory team
Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system and ensure smooth follow-up after every event
Manage busy advisor schedules with precision and professionalism
Track key event and marketing metrics to improve future performance
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A knack for building rapport with clients and event attendees
A natural follow-through mindset—you don't drop the ball
Experience with MS Office, PDFs, WordPress, and online tools
An entrepreneurial spirit and growth-focused mindset
College degree or some college coursework preferred
