Marketing Manager
Lowen Corporation is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who can execute campaigns end-to-end while bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, producing content using Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools, and collaborating with the Digital Marketing/SEO team and Sales to deliver effective go-to-market collateral.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns with clear deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
Translate leadership vision into campaign concepts, content needs, and execution plans—then deliver
Balance urgent turnaround work (e.g., 24–48-hour requests) with long-term projects and scheduled deadlines
Produce and/or direct production of campaign assets (graphics, print-ready files, basic video edits as needed)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere) with the ability to produce polished assets independently and ramp quickly as needed; able to coach others on these tools as the team grows
Use AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and/or similar) to shorten creation timelines while protecting brand standards
Comfort learning and adopting new tools as they emerge
Work hand-in-hand with the Digital/SEO team to ensure campaigns align with SEO/website requirements and convert effectively
Build strong working relationships with Sales to deliver collateral that supports go-to-market execution. Ensure assets are easy to use by Sales and aligned to product positioning and target segments
Develop and maintain sales collateral (one-pagers, capability sheets, presentations, brand materials)
Support trade show readiness: backdrops, handouts, signage, and promotional/swag concepts that differentiate the brand. Own trade show marketing readiness as a go-to-market channel: coordinate timelines, creative, production, and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
Provide day-to-day leadership and prioritization while still producing deliverables yourself
Immediately supervise an existing team member; assess strengths/gaps and help define next headcount(s) as the function scales
Manage external vendors/contractors when there’s a clear ROI, defined scope, timelines, and accountability for quality and performance
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of marketing experience with proven campaign development and execution (portfolio/examples required)
Strong hands-on capability with Adobe Creative Cloud (day-one proficiency). (Illustrator/Photoshop required; video editing capability in Premiere or comparable tool preferred)
Practical experience using AI content tools and workflows to accelerate creation. Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and/or similar) and ability to learn new tools quickly
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing requests, and coordinate across teams
Leadership mindset: proactive, confident, and able to operate with limited direction. Comfortable making progress with incomplete information and escalating decisions when needed
Preferred
Experience producing collateral for sales teams and trade shows
Experience collaborating with SEO/digital teams (even if you didn't own SEO directly)
Prior player/coach experience in a growing organization
