Responsibilities
Champion Patient Care: Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their transformative journey with us
Manage Operations Efficiently: Oversee daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and medical record management
Maintain Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to healthcare regulations, upholding all policies and procedures
Oversee Financial Processes: Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other financial aspects of the clinic
Control Inventory: Monitor and manage clinic supplies and equipment efficiently
Ensure Quality: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of patient care
Train and Support Staff: Enhance the skills and knowledge of your team through ongoing training and support
Boost Patient Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction
Convert Leads: Learn and apply sales skills to engage with potential patients, converting leads into appointments, and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to consultation
Qualification
Required
