Responsibilities
Invoicing & Billing – Create and manage client invoices, credit memos, and ensure precision in all billing for shows, rentals, and sales
AR Transactions – Enter and apply payments, update records in the accounting system, and post to the general ledger
Deposit & Payment Tracking – Process daily deposits, manage prepayments, and validate credit card documentation
Client Account Management – Maintain account files, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies directly with clients
Reporting & Reconciliation – Analyze aging reports, flag collection risks, and support month-end close tasks
Credit & Collections – Support credit reviews and follow-ups on overdue balances, preparing documentation for management as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support
Excellent attention to detail and a knack for process improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence with accounting systems, Excel, and reconciliations
A collaborative spirit who enjoys working across departments and with external partners
