Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, owners, general contractors, industry partners, and government agencies
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and market research
Lead the development of proposals, bids, and presentations in collaboration with internal
Negotiate contracts and support execution while ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk guidelines
Conduct facility tours and site visits to evaluate potential scopes of work from a technical
Communicate technical findings and business opportunities clearly to internal stakeholders for review and decision-making
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information using the company’s CRM
Track client interactions, opportunities, and business development activities to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and project management teams to support successful project handoff and execution
Partner with marketing and communications teams to support the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from contract award to project delivery
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence

Required

Strong technical background in industrial facilities &
Strong knowledge of the industrial construction market, including key players, market trends, and competitive landscape
Proven track record of success in project management, facilities management, business development, sales, or related roles within the industrial construction industry
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation
Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems, Salesforce
Proficient in M365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Meticulous and self-motivated
Strong customer service orientation
Strong knowledge of industrial facilities, equipment, and construction markets, with the ability to evaluate technical scopes of work
Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation within an industrial or construction environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to analyze opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, travel as required, and deliver high-quality customer service
Ability to travel up to 80% for job site visits, client support, sales activities, and corporate meetings
Ability to work in active construction and industrial
Ability to perform hands-on leadership activities as
Ability to work flexible schedules to meet operational
Ability to move throughout job sites, offices, and meeting
