Responsibilities
Work with identified scope of work personnel to write proposals based on customer information, permits and pricing
Work with project managers and data quality analysts to write accurate reports. Project manager and data quality analysts review data and provide summary information for completion of test report. Draft reports are then provided to the project manager or technical services manager for review prior to submittal to the clients
Work with project managers and technical service coordinators and/or managers to write test plans for projects
Prepare electronic reports using EPA’s Electronic Reporting Tool (ERT) and ECMPS
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Computer skills. Proficient skill level of Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook
Good verbal communication skills (Internally and with Clients and Regulators)
Professional appearance and behavior
Maintain positive attitude with ability to work well in groups
Ability to prioritize and multi-task while remaining focused on all tasks
Flexibility: Must be available to work outside normal work hours to complete projects
Attention to detail
Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment
Sitting/standing
Possible light lifting
Preferred
AS or BS degree preferred (Science and Engineering related fields ideal)
