Responsibilities
Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects
Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinating cross-project activities
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities
Applying change, risk, and resource management
Assuming responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Assessing program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolving projects’ higher scope issues
Preparing reports for program directors
Communicating with customers on statuses of orders/projects being worked on
Communicating with various departments and senior management to get necessary details needed
Qualification
Required
Proven industry experience as a Program Manager
Strong communicator and skilled hands-on Program Manager
Ability to help the team be more efficient with the customer sales process
Experience communicating with multiple departments
Ability to help resolve order issues
Ability to answer customer questions
Ability to give status updates on sales orders
Experience formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects
Ability to decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Experience coordinating cross-project activities
Ability to lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Experience developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities
Experience applying change, risk, and resource management
Assuming responsibility for the program's people and vendors
Experience assessing program performance and aiming to maximize ROI
Ability to resolve projects' higher scope issues
Experience preparing reports for program directors
Experience communicating with customers on statuses of orders/projects
Experience communicating with various departments and senior management
BS/BA diploma in management or a relevant field is a plus
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person)
Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial experience
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate and work with others
