Service Supervisor
Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor responsible for overseeing day-to-day technician scheduling and managing workload and manpower requirements. The role includes ensuring rental equipment availability, communicating discrepancies with field operatives, auditing reports, and providing technical support.

Estimate / quick quote immediate customer needs
Verify parts and assemble bins per job
Assemble job information for billing
Retrieve P.O.’s from customers
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Maintains professional but friendly demeanor
Possesses knowledge of overhead material handling codes, regulations and terminology
Demonstrates strong organizational skills
Able to read and interpret service statements and work orders
Communicates clearly and effectively, written and verbal
Attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with frustrated customers
Proficient PC skills (MS Office Suite, InspectAll, SAGE)
Manages time efficiently
Excellent telephone & e-mail etiquette
Ability to work in an office environment sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
Occasional customer site visits which may include climbing ladders and stairs, high heat, humid and dusty environments, heights
Preferred
Previous work experience in Industrial Manufacturing environment
