Responsibilities

Leads two high school outreach programs for the Office of Professionalism
Manages and leads the student educational outreach committee
Manages annual budgetary, financial, and other reconciliation activities for the Office of Professionalism
Assists with service learning curriculum and community stakeholder events
Assists with the management of website content
Processes invoices for reimbursement and assists with contract negotiations with vendors
Other duties as assigned

Required

At least 5 years of experience working with programs
Experience in developing, planning, and managing all activities for a school/unit program(s) or project(s)
Functions in a leadership capacity for the programs
Organize workshops and community-facing events
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education
Five (5) years of applicable experience
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects
This position is a security-sensitive position pursuant to Texas Education Code 51.215 and Texas Government Code 411.094
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas

Preferred

An educational background or experience in psychology or in social work
