Responsibilities
Lead the functional configuration of Oracle IAA to support IFRS 17 and LDTI, including Contractual Service Margin (CSM) calculations and net liability assessments
Partner with Finance teams to translate complex reinsurance treaty terms into actionable technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Oversee data ingestion and mapping from source systems (like Oracle Insurance Policy Administration - OIPA) into IAA, ensuring high-quality financial data for reporting
Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos, to ensure timely delivery of product increments
Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership to align product roadmaps with corporate strategic goals and regulatory mandates
