Responsibilities
Lead all Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices across the team
Remove technical and process impediments to maintain team velocity and delivery flow
Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and Agile metrics tracking
Coach teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and DevOps practices
Manage the full SDLC from requirements through deployment and support
Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java (17/21+) and Spring Boot
Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins
Promote quality through TDD, peer code reviews, and a strong Definition of Done
Participate in architectural discussions to align solutions with long-term product goals
Qualification
Required
CSM or PSM I/II certification (required)
5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Lead Developer
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and microservices architecture
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices
Experience with React or Angular
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with SAFe or Kanban
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
