Responsibilities

Own Paid Media strategy and outcomes across a portfolio of B2B client accounts
Design full-funnel paid programs tied to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue
Bring in new Paid Media clients directly and support paid-led sales motions
Identify and scope upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
Define Paid Media offers, pricing, and engagement models
Own revenue growth, margin, and profitability for the Paid Media function
Build and lead the Paid Media team as revenue justifies (strategists, specialists, contractors)
Own hiring, onboarding, and performance expectations for Paid Media roles
Establish SOPs, QA standards, and delivery frameworks that allow Paid Media to scale
Define clear swimlanes across Paid, Creative, Content/SEO, and Account teams
Implement reporting systems, dashboards, and forecasting models used by leadership and clients

Required

5–8+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
Strong B2B and SaaS experience (agency or in-house)
Proven experience managing significant ad spend profitably ($500K+ annually)
Experience building or leading teams
Strong business acumen; you think in terms of margins, leverage, and scalability
Comfort owning ambiguity and making decisions without a playbook
Strong client presence and ability to lead strategic conversations

Preferred

Experience in Higher Education or Enterprise B2B
HubSpot partner experience and strong CRM/attribution knowledge
Reddit Ads or non-traditional paid channels
Experience integrating Paid Media with content, SEO, and lifecycle marketing
