Responsibilities

Develop and implement content marketing strategies targeting vehicle sellers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals
Create and optimize content for multiple channels, including web, social, email, and paid media, to maximize reach and engagement
Lead the planning and execution of seller-focused campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and sales enablement programs working in collaboration with the Director of Sales Operations, Enablement and Support
Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for all content-related projects
Manage content calendar while working in collaboration with production and social media manager
Track, analyze, and report on content performance and audience engagement using PowerBI, web analytics, and other tools to inform future strategies
Ensure consistent application of the IAA brand identity, voice and visual elements across all seller-facing content and campaigns
Work closely with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to deliver content that resonates with seller segments and drives action

Required

4-year college degree with emphasis in Marketing
5+ years' experience successfully implementing multi-channel marketing strategies
Demonstrated experience in all major communications areas: presentation/speaker writing, communications strategies (internal & external), presentation messaging, corporate and brand messaging, etc
Working knowledge of basic digital marketing tactics including SEM, PPC and social media advertising
Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Strong writing and editing experience (externally focused) with a variety of print and online communications media
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
Experience retrieving, analyzing and interpreting web data
Demonstrated project management skills a necessity
Ability to function at a high level in position that relies heavily on input and feedback from multiple stakeholders
Ability to work well in a collaborative, team environment
Ability to self-manage, multi-task and manage a large volume of work
Potential for occasional travel

Preferred

Automotive industry experience a plus
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging content formats and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
