Independently sources and identifies talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and/or Public Policy space
Requires an ability to calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions

Corporate customer experience
5+ recruiting experience
2+ legal recruiting experience

Paralegal counsel roles, corporate counsel roles
Litigation
Independently sources and identifies talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and/or Public Policy space
Ability to calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions
May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
