Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and executing cellular and molecular biology experiments, along with accurate data analysis and interpretation
Perform advanced genomics protocols, including custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation and sequencing; experience with massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA) is preferred
Possess hands-on experience with primary cell culture; experience with iPSC and/or T-cell culture is highly desirable
Execute core molecular biology techniques such as molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and quantitative PCR (qPCR)
Have specialized experience in one or more of the following areas: viral vector technologies (e.g., lentivirus), NGS library design and preparation, and single-cell sequencing approaches (scRNA-seq/scMPRA)
Be self-motivated, analytical, and highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented research environment and contribute to scientific and technological innovation
Show a strong passion for science and a continuous desire to learn and grow
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, with 2–5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and executing cellular and molecular biology experiments, along with accurate data analysis and interpretation
Perform advanced genomics protocols, including custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation and sequencing
Possess hands-on experience with primary cell culture
Execute core molecular biology techniques such as molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and quantitative PCR (qPCR)
