Responsibilities
Cold call restaurant owners to generate qualified meetings for AEs
Run high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, follow-ups, tasks)
Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations
Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers
Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce
Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set
Continuously improve through call coaching, QA, and performance feedback
Qualification
Required
Enjoy cold calling and live sales conversations
Want to build real sales skill (objection handling, control, closing for next steps)
Are comfortable with rejection, pressure, and accountability
Bring energy, urgency, and coachability
Track your numbers and take pride in performance
Want a clear path to AE or closing roles
Preferred
SDR / BDR experience OR high-drive entry-level sales talent
Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or high-velocity sales is a plus
Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful — not required
