Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and general insurance inquiries
Educate customers on coverage options, available products, and applicable discounts
Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in CRM and carrier systems
Collaborate with agents and producers to ensure smooth and consistent customer experience
Support retention efforts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning agency management systems

Preferred

1+ year of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related role preferred
