Program Director
YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is committed to fostering a strong sense of community and inclusivity. The Program Director will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services that align with the YMCA’s vision, ensuring program quality and community engagement.

Developing program budgets
Supervising staff

Ensuring program quality, effectiveness, and safety
Collaborating with other teams and community stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience designing, implementing, and overseeing community-focused programs
Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, as well as coordinate volunteer efforts
Skill in building partnerships, engaging stakeholders, and creating inclusive environments for participants
Proficiency in managing program budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring fiscal accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, members, and community partners
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, address challenges proactively, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Relevant educational background in Nonprofit Management, Community Development, or related fields
Experience in youth programs, family services, or similar nonprofit initiatives
