Responsibilities
Be the friendly first point of contact for caregiver applicants
Recruit, screen, interview, and hire Care Professionals
Post and manage recruitment ads and explore creative community recruiting efforts
Coordinate caregiver onboarding, orientation, and required training
Ensure employment records and compliance requirements are completed accurately
Support caregiver engagement through regular check-ins, onboarding touchpoints, and recognition
Conduct caregiver reviews, performance conversations, and problem resolution
Partner with scheduling and client care teams to support strong caregiver-client matches
Track and document caregiver activity using office systems
Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfort using computers and office software
Preferred
Associate's degree
Experience in recruiting, HR, or people-focused roles
