Latitude Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, wire, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
Wire components including connectors, cables, harnesses, and terminals
Solder components (through-hole and/or surface mount, depending on role)
Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of assemblies
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Required

Detail-oriented
Ability to assemble, wire, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies
Experience working from schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
Ability to build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
Experience performing mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
Ability to wire components including connectors, cables, harnesses, and terminals
Experience soldering components (through-hole and/or surface mount)
Ability to perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of assemblies
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Ability to identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues
Ability to maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Ability to follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
Support for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
