Responsibilities
The Interim Manager of Facility and Engineering Services will be responsible for the oversight of facility and construction/project operations throughout the organization
The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 11+ FTEs and will be responsible for managing upcoming renovations/upgrades and environmental service initiatives throughout the facilities
Key responsibilities include payroll, staffing, performance evaluations, mentorship/education, and process improvement throughout the department
This leader must be familiarized with local, state, and federal facilities expectations and will be responsible for ensuring survey readiness
Seeking an experienced facilities leader who will be willing to provide hands-on leadership and guidance when needed
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
master's degree is strongly preferred
CHFM certification is strongly preferred
