Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, including P&L oversight, census growth, and resident satisfaction
Ensure strict adherence to Title 22 regulations; lead the community to successful outcomes in state surveys
Recruit, hire, and mentor department heads and staff to maintain a culture of excellence
Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic community relations and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Active California RCFE Administrator Certification is mandatory
5 to 7 years of proven experience as an Executive Director within the RCFE/Assisted Living space
Demonstrated history of managing large-scale campuses (90+ beds preferred)
Must reside within a commutable distance to Long Beach, CA
Preferred
Dual NHA/RCFE license is a plus
