Responsibilities
Develop detailed Statements of Requirements for missile and launcher programs
Perform capacity modeling to forecast production capabilities
Manage supplier risk and ensure compliance with performance standards
Evaluate second‑source opportunities domestically and internationally
Drive cost‑effective procurement solutions aligned with program objectives
Qualification
Required
Background/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work proactively /self-motivated
Excellent teamwork and team leadership skills
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Experience communicating and coordinating across disciplines (GSC, IPT, etc.,), interfacing with early career and all levels of leadership
Professional presentation development and delivery experience
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working with frequently changing priorities
Experience with Defining Statements of Requirements
Green Belt or Black Belt certified

Experience with Process Simulator or other capacity analysis tools
