Principal Project Manager - Future Concepts (Clearance Required)

Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between the program management office and the project teams
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Reviews status of projects; manages meetings and prepares status reports
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Understand and report on program Operations status at the required level of detail to the Program Manager, Sector Executive Management and customers
Work with cross organizational teams and customers to set and clearly articulate goals/priorities and successfully communicate them to key staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of experience relevant experience
Experience with SharePoint Sites and Workflows
Familiarity with basis of estimates, proposal development, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Candidate must currently have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance for which US Citizenship is a prerequisite
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain SAP clearance after start within an acceptable timeframe (defined by program leadership)
Preferred
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a STEM field
Demonstrated expertise in the following systems and concepts: - MRP and IMS Scheduling- SAP production planning and material management tools- ISE/CADSTAR/MPLM- Lean Manufacturing and Manufacturing
Excellent presentation and communication skills
