Responsibilities

Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
Capture required data and maintain invoice error queues
Input invoices in the ERP system for approval and posting
Manage AP reporting and respond to inquiries professionally
Prepare ad hoc reports for management as needed
Collaborate effectively with team members

Qualification

Accounts Payable experienceExcel proficiencyLarge accounting softwareEnterprise-level experienceCommunication skills

Required

4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency with Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
Experience with large accounting software (e.g., Sage, BlackLine)
Experience in enterprise-level companies
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Background in construction industry
