Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections for water, fire, and mold damage. Build trust with property owners and clearly explain the restoration and insurance process
Create accurate estimates using company software, take detailed photos/measurements, and perform moisture readings
Present quotes, follow up on leads, and close projects to meet weekly and monthly targets
Maximize company-provided inbound leads while actively prospecting through networking, realtor/property manager outreach, and community events
Maintain precise CRM records and coordinate with technicians for a seamless project handoff
Qualification
Required

Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate professionally under high-stress situations
Comfortable with light physical work, including climbing ladders and inspecting attics or crawlspaces
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a valid driver's license
Preferred
Proven background in in-home services (Restoration, Roofing, Solar, HVAC, or Pest Control preferred)
Experience with estimates or home improvement inspections is a major plus
