Demonstrated technical experience
Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
Skilled in writing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks
Expertise in deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
Experience with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise for AVD automation and optimization
Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and virtual machine provisioning
Understanding of FSLogix profile containers for user profile management in AVD
Troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with ITIL principles

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
