Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including project kickoffs and post-sales follow-up
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across technical, HR, and procurement functions
Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure exceptional execution and customer satisfaction
Attend quarterly client meetings and industry conferences to deepen relationships and stay informed on trends
Utilize CRM tools to maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience/success in quota-carrying Account Executive or Business Development role
Experience selling in the technology staffing, RPO, or managed services space is required
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex client relationships
Proficient in tools like MS Outlook, Excel, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred
Candidates located in Los Angeles, San Diego, SF Bay Area, Detroit, and Austin are strongly preferred
