Senior Client Service Specialist
The Well is a growing wealth management firm in the Philadelphia suburbs supporting high-net-worth individuals and business owners. They are seeking a Senior Client Service Specialist to own the full client service lifecycle, act as the primary liaison between advisors and custodians, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Own the full client service lifecycle — onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, and documentation
Act as the primary liaison between advisors, custodians, and centralized operations
Be the final line of defense before anything goes to the client
Work in a highly collaborative, in-office environment with direct access to leadership
Step into a senior seat with real accountability and long-term stability
Qualification
Required
7+ years of client service experience in RIA / wealth management
Deep hands-on experience with account opening, transfers, wires, and custodial platforms
Proven ability to support HNW clients with complex account structures
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
Someone committed to client service as a career path (not an advisor-track role)
Prior industry experience is required — this is not an entry-level role
