Training Coordinator- Weekend Night Shift
Veritas Steel LLC is committed to building bridges and ensuring safety in their operations. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and maintain safety and quality standards in bridge fabrication processes.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs
Design training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of different roles within the organization
Incorporate best practices and industry standards into training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing a variety of delivery methods such as presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises
Coordinate training schedules and logistics to ensure optimal participation and minimal disruption to production activities
Monitor training sessions to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure that all training activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and performance evaluations for regulatory compliance and internal reporting purposes
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and industry trends to update training programs accordingly
Analyze training outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refinement
Collaborate with managers to implement enhancements to training programs based on feedback and emerging needs
Stay informed about advancements in training methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking additional training or professional development opportunities
Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions and addressing concerns related to training and development
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience in fabrication, proper weld procedures, blueprint reading, oxy-fuel torches, etc
Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of employees at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Must have the ability to have a flexible schedule
