Responsibilities
Assist with post-award grant administration, including fund setup, reconciliations, and expenditure monitoring
Support Principal Investigators and Sponsored Projects leadership with financial and administrative tasks
Review grant award documents, budgets, and justifications for accuracy and compliance
Process research-related financial transactions such as purchase requests, vendor invoices, travel expenses, and reimbursements
Help ensure compliance with federal and state grant regulations, including effort reporting
Assist with audit preparation, financial reporting, and data analysis (including SEFA reporting)
Collaborate with internal departments, research staff, and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Interest in building a career in grant accounting, research finance, and nonprofit healthcare
