Senior Director of Program Management & Evaluation
St. Patrick Center is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management and Evaluation, who will be a strategic leader responsible for building a high-performing program management infrastructure. This role focuses on developing centralized systems for program intake, change management, and ensuring programs are designed and delivered with consistency and impact.

Responsibilities
Build and sustain a high-performing program management infrastructure across all ministries and service lines
Drive excellence by developing centralized systems for program intake, change management, data collection, evaluation, and long-term sustainability
Ensure alignment between program operations, strategic priorities, and accreditation standards
Maintain Joint Commission readiness and support compliance across Behavioral Health, Human Services, and Assisted Living
Ensure programs meet regulatory expectations and respond effectively to community needs
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work, public health, healthcare/public administration, evaluation, or a related field
Extensive experience in program management, program evaluation, and performance improvement within complex, multisite organizations
Strong analytical skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Deep familiarity with accreditation and regulatory frameworks, particularly the Joint Commission
Experience with centralized systems development
Experience with governance structures
Experience with data visualization tools
Experience with dashboards
Experience with performance reporting
